Forest Coaching emerged by accident thanks to a short notice, geographical need – a halfway point between Penny’s home and that of a long-standing client. It just so happened that the halfway point was Salcey Forest on a warm, sunny day. Realising the impact of that experience, Forest Coaching has been enjoyed by many clients at all times of the year.

We decide on our focus for exploration, then take a steady wander through the forest as we work through helpful priority pieces, before returning to the café for well-deserved tea and cake, and to summarise with your plan of action.
